Minsc won't shut up

in BGII:EE Mods
So I have various BG2 EE valid mods installed and everything has been great until I finished the skinner murders. As soon as I turn the quest in Minsc spams something about the boy in udum Hills and he won't shut up.. ive killed and resurrected him ive tried reinstalling mods ive tried kicking him out and bringing him back in.

I really don't want to have to kill all mods and restart from the beginning but I don't know what else to do. I guess I could just make this a no minsc run for no real rp reason other than a weird scripting bug.

    This has also happened to me, though I don't have him in the party, he bugs me constantly at the Copper Coronet. If you post your mod list we can compare to see if we can identify at least which mods one of us isn't running, to rule them out.

    If you are not running any of these, we can rule them out. If you are running any of these we can add them (Or a combination) as a possible cause.
