Hi Everyone,
What would be, in your opinion, best party to survive from BG2EE+Watcher's Keep+TOB in unmodded gameplay?
1. CharacterName (which race, class and alignment)
2. Party members (avoiding alignment conflicts etc)
Thank you.

WHATEVER YOU LIKE.
The game in that state is not NEARLY difficult enough to even show the more subtle differences between certain character setups. The unmodded game can be, and has been, beaten by naked characters, or base-level characters, or any class combination imaginable.
Don't let yourself feel pressured into something specific! There is no need to go ham and try and break the game with advanced strategies, when you can literally just right-click attack through every fight :P
But if you do insist, many of the principles outlined in the thread meantioned above as well as the general powergaming threads (search the forums, there is at least one big one) apply to the unmodded game as well.
Viconia- drow cleric
Edwin-human conjurer
Korgan- dwarf berserker
This core group is so powerful and balanced.
Good alignment:
charname ( melee class of some kind)
Mazzy
Keldorn
Anomen
Imoen
Nalia
Evil alignment:
charname ( melee class of some kind)
Dorn
Korgan
Viconia
Hexxat
Edwin
so depending on what you are doing for alignment that is probably the best in terms of single player power gaming teams you can make
