Improving the Character Record

The Character Record seems to be a part of the game which doesn't receive much attention. However, it provides lots of useful information which, unfortunately, has a quite unfriendly format. The info to the right of the character picture, in particular, is all written in the same font, which makes it tedious and unconvenient to find whatever you're looking for. Is there any mod that improves this?
