A bug or not a bug?

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Hi all!
I've been rummaging through BG city, particulary through the north part of it and in the Three Old Kegs on 3rd floor I found 209 Ziose gems. Is it a bug or a feature? ;)
