Voice set on BGEE Android Help

Well, I can't figure this one out. My favorite voice set from the old BG1-BG2 years, through the BGT years, and now I can't get it to work on my Android version of BGEE.
No idea where this set came from originally, but I converted all the files from wavc to wav. If any one can get this working for me, I'd really appreciate it. I zip'd up all the files and threw it on Dropbox.

All my mods on Android EE are working fine, but no matter where I make the "sounds" directory, I can't see it in game.
