Breaking Neera's Bridge scene

Since I saw Lanneth after leaving and re-entering the bridge district, standing around waiting for her cutscene, I figured I'd try and break things and killed her from afar while she remained perpetually blue, crept around the building and killed the three goons and so on.
Obviously I broke the cutscene, prevented Neera from ever appearing and so on. Lanneth should probably have a 1HPBelt for the scene, as should Meridia, since I killed her too with the blast radius of a spell. The three lackeys don't break the cutscene with their death.
