What rule changes (or omitted rules being implemented) are there?

Anything I might want to know about during character creation?

Things like the Willpower bonus to saves vs. mind-affecting spells, the short races' saves bonuses, the +1 to longbows and long swords for elves, etc., none of which were present in the original release?
