Game state
Just saved the cow in area A$4400 (north of Carnival) , Xvart village has already been cleared

Observed
Spoken to Hulrik and a quest "Xvart raids" is created

Expected
Assuming this refers to the Xvart village then it should be a journal entry if Nexlit has already been killed

    It was was reported sometime before 1.2 I believe... still has not been fixed, so it must really be low on the priority list.
