Mouse to move screen on Android

I've recently purchased IWD:EE on my Android device and gone ahead and connected my mouse and keyboard (I have no access to a PC and won't have for a while).
Everything is working smoothly, Q to quicksave and space to pause. The only issue I have is that I can't move the screen around by moving the mouse to the sides of the screen.
Is there any way to make it work? I've grown very accustomed to using my mouse for it and clicking and dragging feels really wrong for me.
