Probably not realistic "chance to learn spell from scroll" probabilities.

I've noticed that even with a boosted Intelligence, failing to learn spells from scrolls happens disconcertingly frequently, and sometimes in rapid sequence (say, with a 98% chance to learn the spell, several failures happening consecutively). I believe others have noticed this behavior as well (but I can't see evidence of it being brought up in this forum, so).
