Softcode Specialist caster hidden special abilities

I understand that specialist mages have always had special bonuses with spells from their favored school including increased chance to scribe and penalties for enemies' saves against spells of their chosen school

I am writing this request to have them soft-coded, or at least allow modders to counter them in some way--perhaps with some fun new opcodes(!)

Edit: Thinking about it, I'd prefer new opcodes to play with!
