Solo Run core rules

Hello, I am about to start a solo run and I am hesitating with what to play between :

thief/mage
cleric/mage
fighter/druid
shapeshifter // avenger
cleric tempus

I don't recall soloing the game in the past so what would you think would be the most interesting class?

    I would suggest someone who can use a bow, and save EVERY arrow of piercing you find for the last boss, just a suggestion
