Introducing Tanto (knife/dagger)

Hello,

It made me realize that even though we have the katana, wakizashi and ninjato in BG and IWD. The Tanto has never been introduced. The Tanto is a smaller version of a wakizashi it is a straight blade with a length between 15 and 30cm and is considered as a knife/dagger.

Could be added in SoD or future IE release/update.
