Point of interest (? maybe): Steamkey for Beamdog version not available through Amazon

BG:EE and BG2:EE both available. Icewind Dale:EE not available. Any particular reason why?

I know it would be better to buy direct, from Beamdog, but I have an Amazon credit card and also usually have a decent gift card baalnce there so I always go there first.

Not a problem for me because I just bought a Steam Gift Card, that weirdly has to come in the mail, so that I would have enough on my Steam account for Icewind Dale:EE and SoD but I thought maybe it would be advantageous for Beamdog to have Icewind Dale: EE Steamkeys available over at Amazon.

Or maybe that is too much middle man and it actually isn't advantageous?
