Red Wizard Enclave in Baldur's Gate

in Baldur's Gate: Enhanced Edition
Just stumbled to some information from book Lords of Darkness (p. 65), that there should be a Red Wizard Enclave in Baldur's Gate (of course the year is 1368 during Baldur's Gate 1 and 1372 with the book). So is this something that is missing from Baldur's Gate and where should it be located if so?

    I'd probably use somewhere in either the south-east area of the city. There is a warehouse there along the waterfront (AR1301) that you could even reutilize for it (besides some commoners I don't think there is anything essential in it).

    @elminster I don't think "some commoners" constitute essential ;)
