Ok, so I am starting a fresh run on BG:EE in preparation for the arrival of my Collector's Edition.
Other than a few minor 'rebalancing' additions (specific to BG:EE) from the Gibberlings3 BG:EE2 Tweaks pack the only major, game changing additions I made were for Weapons Specialisation. I have decided that, for RP purposes, my female half-elf is a fighter/mage multi who may achieve mastery in longbows. A feisty, if naive, orphan who has acquired some arcane ability from her time as Gorion's ward.
My question: When I import her over to Dragonspear will her imported data files and she reflect this bow mastery, or revert to what is normal for a Fighter/mage. Will the game accept her stats as a given or alter them to fit the mechanics within.
Sorry if this is a silly question. I have played the saga extensively and normally avoid any game modding in any fashion as I have always considered it 'cheating' how the games where intended to be played. I feel this character build is a reasonably fair one, even if it required modding to achieve.
Any advice, ridicule or suggestions will be gratefully received.
