Viconia Romance is not starting

I did a fresh uninstall, made sure the registry settings and files were deleted then reinstalled.

ViconiaRomanceActive is 1
ViconiaRomance is 315795

My character is Half-Elf.

Not sure what I'm doing wrong here. I never had this issue with the original game. I had the game running all night overnight and nothing.

any help is appreciated.

Looks like it solved itself. As soon as I went to another area she finally talked to me.
