Starting Level.

Well.. As the title says.. What is the starting level for BG SoD? (IE, the Default level the game may, or may not level you to) when beginning starting a new character.

    Starting level is always a certain amount of XP points so level depends on your class.

    Starting XP for SoD will probably be 89,000 which is the starting value for BG2. The other possibility is that you'll start with 161,000 xp (the current cap for BG:EE).

    If that's the case I wouldn't be surprised if the initial xp for BG2 is bumped up as well, since it wouldn't make sense that a brand new character starting a later part of the story is less experienced.
