New Game Quest Log Failing to Load

Hello, I am having issues with starting a new game, each time I start a new game, I get a set of errors, each seemingly the same one repeated, and referring to the quest log. Upon getting into the game as it does not close immediately now (it closed immediately the first time I had this error, before reinstalling); I get a blank quest log, despite the text saying 'find gorion' appearing on the notification bar. I tried to attach the crash log, but it said it was not allowed.
