-Kiels Buckler-, i know where to get it in BG1EE but EEKeeper which i use to test and Theories it shows me that its Available in the BG2EE itemlist but google where to find it brings no results.

-The Visage-, google or BGwiki doesn't even mention this one.

The Visage is one possible reward from Dorn's personal quest, depending on which route you take.

You get it by first agreeing to betray your patron, then not actually doing it and double-crossing the rival instead.

Kiel's Buckler I believe is found in one of the wilderness areas unlocked after you return from the Underdark.
