Throwing weapons and single weapon fighting

Do the throwing weapons get the crit on a 19+? Trying to figure out whether it is worth it for my swash/fighter who uses the returning throwing axe.

    No they didn't but IMO they should get the 19+ crit range and AC bonus. It will make single weapon style more profitable.
