Auto Pause When Casting Spells

Is it meant to pause when your party members cast a spell? I would find it way more useful if it only paused when an ENEMY cast a spell! Or at the very least not pause the game when casting spells outside of combat.

It pauses the game whenever a party member casts a spell. Very useful for the "cast-and-attack" strategy and making the most out of Time Stops.
