BG:EE Gray water textures, any fix ?

Hey guys.

I noticed that some of the waters in the game look gray and was wondering if anyone knows a fix tha will solve this.

Here is the picture for the problem I'm talking about:

This is in Peldvale, there are other areas with the same problem.

Any suggestions ?
