[Feature Request] Average HP on level up in core mode

My recommendation is rather simple. I'd like a button in the gameplay options that allows for an average hit point increase at each level up. For example, warrior classes, instead of rolling a d10 upon a level, would gain 6 hit points (5.5 rounded up). As an aside, 5th edition PnP rules allow this option.
I am a no-reload player and I always feel like I am holding my breath when leveling up (particularly in Baldur's Gate 1). Series of very low hit point rolls have compelled me to restart a file on more than one occasion. For me, there is nothing fun about this and it causes a negative play experience.
I understand that randomness is a part of D&D. However, when it comes to character parameters such as attribute distribution and hit points on level, more control is desirable.

But yeah, for no-reload challenges it might be quite good.
