Contacted Beamdog for a refund on an Baldurs Gate: Enhanced edition that didnt work as advertised. The rep told me they couldn't help to contact Google. Did that, numerous email exchanges between the 2 and a phone call to Google later, still no refund on the non-functional app. Customer service for both is atrocious. Beamdog being slightly better than Comcast and Google slightly worse. When youre making customers draw comparisons so Comcast "customer service" you need to question whether youre doing it right.

    Not being able to issue refunds through Google Play isn't the fault of our customer service staff.
