Contacted Beamdog for a refund on Baldurs Gate: Enhanced edition that didnt work as advertised. The rep told me they couldn't help to contact Google. Did that, numerous email exchanges between the 2 and a phone call to Google later, still no refund on the non-functional app. Customer service for both is atrocious. Beamdog being slightly better than Comcast and Google slightly worse. When your making customers draw comparisons so Comcast "customer service" you need to question whether youre doing it right.

    You bought it from Google Play? If yes then I'm sure you have to do it with them.

    I don't handle returns (I'm QA) but what device/OS were you trying to run the game on?
