    @AlexT could probably give a more precise answer, but I believe each of those columns refers to a level; in other words, at level 3 the max is 3, at level 6 it's 4, at level 9 it's 5.

    Are those starting at those levels, or lasting up to those levels?

    Like, for the 6 column, does that apply to levels 4-6, or for levels 6-8?

    Then only question is what "other levels" is still needed for? Compatibility?

    Ninja'd. But yes. And I think you can change the numbers or add more columns for further customization.
