Is this delay related to the release of iPad mini on Oct ?

I will get an iPad version for sure .
But I really don't want to pay for the iPad mini version if you want to separate it from the iPad version .

Hope I was wrong .

    They are totally smart enough, they just want use to wait because they are all Chaotic Neutral and thus Insane.
