Adding mod kits to 2.0

Can anybody outline what is needed to install kit mods to 2.0.
I understand that this error comes up:
I'd like to have everything working at the time of release, but I don't have access to the beta, and so I'm working blind

It's been a while, but I believe that in pre-ee games, we just left that row blank. Maybe replace the values with just ~~ and see if it installs
The BG2:EE version still contains valid data:

No, it just replaces the line corresponding to 25stweap.2da with "~~"
I.e. it doesn't add anything to the file.

Great. But @subtledoctor 's solution is better. Just drop a copy of the bg2ee 25stweap.2da into your bgee override folder for now. Everything should install, and it'll be addressed in the next build
I do have an old version of the original ToB, are they similar enough to work if I just copy that one over? Seeing as the game won't read that file anyway?
