If you start TOB with a higher XP level than the original SOA cap, will he be behind on XP or his XP match the party's?

    I don't believe he gets bumped up any further, but I could be mistaken. Been a long time since I played TOB.

    No, he is stuck on 2.7 million, just like any other NPC that you may summon at the Pocket Plane.
