Character creation from main screen not possible

in order to create (and export) custom characters we now need to start a new game; please make it available from the main menu again!

There should be a Pregenerate Character button under Single Player.

Click "Single Player"
Click "Pregenerate Character"

Franpa, if you have bought SoD DLC, this is the way it looks..., no matter if you play SoD or SoA.

Ah, true. It's missing in SoD, but not in BG:EE or BGII:EE. I would call that a bug.

Yes. But if SoD is installed, it's also missing for SoA (my screenshot shows SoA), because the UI style is overwritten by the DLC.

That screenshot is in the BG:EE community, and it's showing the SoD UI on BG:EE (which is normal and expected). Shadows of Amn is a campaign in BGII:EE, not BG:EE, and BGII:EE does not use the SoD UI.

Oh sorry, I was confusing it. Not SoA.
I wish the normal BG I EE (non SoD) campaign could be with old art, not the new dark black one.
