Dragonspear gamespeed

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
I play baldur's gate with my framrate set to 60 because its faster, but this time I want to play dragonspear normal speed and really soak in the story. however even if i change my framrate back to 30 its still fast no matter what. I even used an old Baldur.ini file that was untouched and it still was sped up.

    The options are now in baldur.lua file, in the same documents folder as your ini file. Look for the line :

    SetPrivateProfileString('Program Options','Maximum Frame Rate','30')
