Tilde key not working

I like to bind my tilde button (the one just above TAB and left of 1) to Select All.

It's always been working, but since i installed Dragonspear and with it the new patch, i cannot get this button to work for the life of me.

It's very annoying :) Does anyone know a fix?

    I have the exact same problem, though I did not install Dragonspear, the latest patch simply broke it.
