werid lag issues

the opening movie is now stuttering along with the rest of the sound. when i check the graphics it says i have direct x 9 [ instead of saying open gl 3.0 like bg2 does.]which is odd as i know i have 11. is this due to being an older build.

edit: i checked and bg2 runs fine it's just bg1 and sod that running poorly for me.

    same for me, worked ok first time but now movie lags and so does gameplay
