black screen with sound on SOD

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
After 36 hours of downloading I got all games patched and ready to go. BGEE and BGEE@ start great and look great. SOD starts then goes black screen and I have sound. What do I need to do now. Why does the other 2 games play but not SOD.
