[BG2: EE] MP saves no longer working?

Hello,

MP saves from before the 2.0 patch do not seem to be working anymore (Steam version). The game crashes when trying to load them. Is there a workaround around this? Will there be a fix in a patch sometime? We sure hope so, since we were at the end of the game with almost 100 hours of gameplay...

The save works if loaded from single player, so it does not seem like it is corrupted... No idea why it won't work on MP.

    Hopefully this issue can be fixed with a patch...

    Try turning off cloud saves under Options/Gameplay

    Hello,

    Thank you for your reply.
    Unfortunately, the option was already deactivated. We tried activating and deactivating it but the MP save still crashes.

    Try renaming your Documents/Baldur's Gate - Enhanced Edition folder and letting the game create a new one.
