Mod Back Old Tooltip

So as the title would suggest, I want to mod the old tooltip and sounds back in, as the new tooltip is dreadful. I have checked through UI.menu, Baldur.lua, and the .key file. I have found nothing that would suggest the tooltip can be changed back. Has anyone else found a way to fix the tooltips? If not, perhaps a dev would be able to point me in the right direction.

    I understood it was changed in the main code, not the ui.
