Dialogue box bug

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
Hi everyone,
i started a new game in bgee (Sod installed) and after a while the dialogue box becomes empty and it doesn't write anything more on it. Reloading seems to fix the issue, but randomly it happens again.
Somebody knows how to deal with it? It was a common issue?
