The Party I'm thinking of running consist of
1.Mandar-protaganist Fighter 4.Neera
2.Jaheira 5.Minsc
3.Imoen 6.Dynaheir
My concern, and where I was wanting to ask those who have more exp, is will only having one divine spell caster going to be a problem. Specially considering she is a multi and a druid?

But you don't need to worry your planned party is perfectly fine.
This lineup looks pretty solid to me. You have Minsc, Jaheira, and your protagonist for a competent frontline, two single classed mages for more than enough arcane power, and the obligatory thief for removing the little red bars of doom. Many people like to dual Imoen into mage, but I personally would find three arcane casters excessive in BG1, and I often only take one of them myself. Don't sweat it too much. You should be able to succeed with any combination of PC class and NPCs that appeals to you.
If you are playing a "good" party- then Neera and Dynaheir work fine as mages - Neera has some of the best stats in the game. With two mages you don't have to dual Imoen into another mage unless you really want to ... Imoen makes a great supporter with bows.
