If I have SOD on Steam and BG2 on GOG, will I be able to take my completed save from SOD into BG2? I heard Beamdog was trying to automate this process and wanted to make sure I could still do it manually.

Saves are in the documents folder, so there shouldn't be any problem.

Manual importation will remove scroll cases, bags of holding, potion cases etc. so make sure you have what you want in your inventory and not in a container when importing manually.

If you play through the Sarevok fight rather than importing you keep all your bags though.

Has anyone that's finished SoD know if SoA starts automatically at the end of SoD? Like BGT?

It's a different game and different launchers so I suspect not. I guess that is what EET is trying to achieve though.
