Allow the "Enter" button to exit item descriptions and similar screens

The "Escape" button works, but it very intuitive to press the enter button after viewing and item description. It seems like a minor inconvenience, but can honestly be frustrating.

    Is there any way to tell if this has been seen or if anybody cares? haha

    I saw it and agree. I used to like to like using the enter button to close messages telling me I had successfully memorized a spell and others like that.

    Yet that was removed in the 2.0 patch. Re-enabling that would be a good start.
