Item descriptions replacing item names :O

So this might be lazy on my part but i have not tried reinstalling the game yet or removing the SCS mod but im just looking to see if anyone else has this issue and if it can be resolved.

    Yeah i sort of just realised i posted this in the wrong place and im not sure how to remove my own threads so...
