How to translate non-tlk based text?

in General Discussion (Spoiler Warning!)
So all of basic texts are in dialog.tlk.
But from 2.0, a bunch of texts are not listed on tlk file(e.g title menu, ui menu, "New Game", "Inventory")
Is there any way to translate them?
