Can Minsc and Dynaheir be found in SoD if not in your BG EE Party?

Just like the title says. I left both Minsc and Dynaheir in the Friendly Army Inn in BG EE, and I was hoping to be able to find them in SoD. Is it possible to do this since the maps have all changed now? I just want to know if I am able to, and about how far into the game will this be?

Yes. You can recruit them very early.
