[v2.0] Map Note Cuts

This happens in a number of regions that show regional map notes near the bottom of the map. Not sure if it can be fixed, but thought to mention it.

    If you're able to get screenshots of as many instances of this as possible it'd be great if you could make a bug report for it on the Redmine bug tracker an d attach all the images to the report.

    Can you unmark "Map notes"? For me everytime when i open map this option is marked.

    Happens in the Underdark with both the southern tunnels and duergar encampment at the bottom of the map.

    The Jovial Juggler in Beregost has the same problem on it's map note.
