What's up with Neera's voice?

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
It sounds to me as though two different actresses provided the voice over for Neera. One who did the party banter dialog and one who did the voice over for conversations that take place in the dialog interface. Am I losing my mind or do the two sound different to anyone else?
