Multiplayer groups and mods

I'm curious, do multiplayer groups here use mod or vanilla only?

I know of course that mods only work if all players have the mod (save perhaps UI mods), but are there any groups that agree to use certain mods together, like the Tweak pack, BG1UB, etc...?
