[SPOILER] End Chapter 2 Help

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
The hooded man does not appear in my room where Imoen is sleeping. I have only the Skie quest, Vision (spawn three creatures), and find my gold quest unfinished. Maybe I missed a quest? Can anyone tell me how to spawn the hooded man to end this chapter? Or how to end any of these three quests if they are required to spawn the hooded man? It has been two days and I cannot find how to progress. Thanks!

    You probably need to go downstairs and tell Corvin you are done and don't need to go out into the city any more.

    @Smothe Did you talk to one of the Dukes (or maybe it was Corwin) that you are ready to go and leave Baldur's Gate? Did you try reloading a game?

    In addition, did you try resting?

    Thanks. I thought I talked to Corwin everywhere. Once I talked to him in the Ducal Palace he told me to go upstairs...etc. That did it. I can't believe I spent two days searching for this. Thanks again!
