Can't get any games to download

Hi all! I apologize if this is a stupid question, but I can't even get my games to download from the Beamdog servers. I have tried through the Beamdog client and their standalone installers and the games (BGEE, BG2EE, IDEE, SOD) all never get past the "Getting download info..." stage. My system more than meets the install reqs and I have disabled virus protection. Beamdog isn't responding to any of my inquiries.

It's been four days and basically I'm really angry I didn't just purchase them through Steam...
