[BUG] Missing NPC's

in Baldur's Gate: Siege of Dragonspear
The most annoying is Khalid who died when the rock hit the fort, so I cannot progress the story, but I've also lost M'khiin, whom i met at the pit near the first camp, told her to wait at the main camp, which she did, but when we moved on to the next camp she is nowhere to be seen, Viconia was also in my party when leaving Baldur's Gate, but was gone when we arrived at the first camp, but luckily was still hanging around the camp with my equipment and I could re-recruit her.
